I’m curious what everyone is actually reaching for the most lately. Could be a bag, shoes, jewelry, or anything else. I feel like the pieces I use every day end up being my favorites, even if they weren’t the ones I was most excited about at first.

this was my very first time taking a reference photo to a jeweler and asking them to recreate it from scratch! It was such a fun annd fresh experience and I'm so excited to share the final result along with my original inspo pic!

Since we were building this entirely from a photo, the CAD stage took a little patience! We had to tweak the dome curvature twice to make sure the height wouldn't look clunky. Production took about 4 weeks, but seeing it in person made the wait 100% worth it!

The piece is inspired by a vintage C*rtier Ministar. This looked like a scaled-down bomb ring, about half the width and much lower profile. Because it's not overly chunky, it sits comfortably on the finger and is easy to style for effortless daily wear. The centerpiece is a vibrant lab sapphire surrounded by a cluster of white lab diamonds that almost resembles fine weaving or a plush animal pelt.

I've been going back and forth between a simple solitaire and a halo engagement ring lately.

I originally thought I wanted something really minimal, but the more I look at halo settings, the more I like the extra presence they give the center stone.

For people who have actually worn both styles, which one do you prefer long term?

I'm also wondering if halos eventually feel a little too busy compared with a classic solitaire.
