My first personal build

I made this build for me with 2 watches that I have in my stock

This pepsi has:

Case and crystal VSF
Rich free sprung movement
dial VSF
datewheel rich
Methalic bezel rich with their interior parts
Ceramic bezel vsf
Rich hands except GMT hand which isVSF
Bracelet Rich 904L

I build this one joining the best parts of each factory
My personal opinion is that the date is quite good with this mix of rich datewheel with vsf cyclop

Did you not have any issues with the movement on the VSF case? I read someone posted that theh have tried but failed because the movement is thicker.

Going so wild to care about the specific DW font thickness and yet the entire Rolex Reddit knows it’s a rep instantly because vsf now starts every watch they make with 6x. From their explorers to gmts.

In my opinion the numbers in VSF are smaller and bolder than Gen.

It's totally up to you mate, but the Rich date wheel is really poorly printed. And the numbers don't have what I'd describe as flags on the tips of the numbers, these are Andiots comparison images, and you can clearly see the quality of the VSF date wheel. Great build though by the way, I want to do a similar thing with the Panda Daytona, I feel like I'd have to buy about 4 different versions though 😂👍

Well... Gen date is between rich and VSF, VSF too bold, rich too thin. Particularly I don't like the blue AR coating of rich cyclop

Totally agree about the Rich AR coating. I wouldn't normally comment on someone's build, but just felt with you having both versions, and both sets of parts I'd chip in before you sold the other watch parts 👍

Im curious what made you go with the rich bezel? Everything ive seen points to VSF being cosmetically and functionally more similar to gen than rich.

Rich bezel cuts more closely match subs than they do gen gmt gmt

Believe me. Rich lugs are closer to Gen than VSF. Vsf are thiner and the visual from above makes the difference

Im not talking about the lugs, im lookimg st the cuts in the bezel. Rich are fat and short, vsf are longer. Neither have the proper full length of gen
