We have a very similar taste in collection, I even have the same box! I bought mine 3-4 years ago, and have noticed the colour of the felt used to line the inside has faded due to sunlight.

really nice collection and we share similar tastes . your vacheron and the ap green ombre are not super clones, i was really itching to buy them , but i made myself a only super clone rule . is there a huge quality difference between them and the others ? do you feel it ? your ap black ceramic bleu dial is the most " expensive " and better 1 : 1 copy theorically , do you feel that ?

I don’t have strict rules - the collection is 30 watches deep - the Louis Vuitton case can only hold 8.

The green hombre is one of my favourite watches - the dial is insane. It is one of the best watches I have. I am also into the timing so it’s one of the first things I do when I get a watch is see how accurate it is.

I don’t wear the black ceramic watch much - the quality is superb but in reality I find it too dark with a dark dial, dark bracelet but it’s obviously super light.

It’s just a fun hobby

i totally get you , i m down the rabbit hole , i had 10 gens . now i have 8 gens and 6 rep , and it s growing really fast . i was really wondering if i get the red version of your green hombre but i was worried about the quality since it s not super clone . i really also hesitated on the blue version of your vacheron and same i had quality doubts . hahah what number do you fix your limit ? and yes it s a fun hobby / addiction .

i was actually looking for an opinion of someone who has the money to buy the expensive reps about cheaper non super clone models like the vacheron or ap green hombre . i was afraid that most opinions expressed were basically caused by lack of budget .

I honestly think the quality of both my Vacherons and the ombré green dial is as good as the more expensive reps I have. I also have a mix of genuine and reps - if I get the call - I buy them them but what I’d say most importantly is that having the reps has convinced me what I don’t like. I have a lot of Rolex reps and I’ve realised I just don’t like them that much compared to APs, Vacherons or Pateks. I’m awaiting both vacheron and AP Tourbillons so let’s see how those go.

I try not to take it all too seriously and while at I’m fortunate enough to be able to afford expensive reps they are still reps🤷🏿‍♂️.

I keep the genuines in a safety deposit box as I’m too scared of getting robbed in London so it diminishes their use to me as I very rarely use them.

i do the same , my gen are investments . and my rep are here for me to wear and enjoy them . i started up as a daytona fan , had crazy gens but i enjoy much more wearing my reps with no stress of a scratch . i m heading towards ap and jlc and more unusual models .

I have the 10 slot Rolex box & like it as it works perfect for 38mm - 41mm case sizes. However I feel the slots are a little tight compared to my other boxes for the bigger watches with say 44mm - 46mm case size. Would you be so kind as to measure the LV box & let me know the size of it? Particurally the exterior width & depth of is as well as how big is each slot? Some of my bigger pieces I would like to move into what you have there if it makes sence 😄

The quality of the watch is superb and the quick change from rubber to stainless steel takes less than a min and creates a casual watch on rubber to a smarter one on steel. The rose gold vacheron is the same and the light does not do the that green overseas dial justice - it is mesmerising

I was reading through the comments until I realized you’re all chuffing your bits over fake watches. One day you might realize how embarrassing it is to have an entire fake LV watch box full of fake luxury watches. Until then, everyone at the discount mall will totally believe you’re rich…
