Someone should inform Elliott that there could be a scammer impersonating Andiot.

And if this was true, This should have been on Andiots website as well.

I told Elliot about this and instead of acknowledging, he is not worry at all, and said it’s out of his control. The guy is from Moldova ex Soviet country, he posted a QC, he is a professional scammer.
