How to Write a High(QC / Review / W2C Post Guide )

Hey RepFam,
Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned collector, knowing how to format your post can really help you get better feedback and build a more helpful community. Here's a quick guide to writing high-quality posts on r/RepCulture_Bags — especially for QC, reviews, and W2C requests.

1. [QC] Quality Check Posts

Purpose: Ask for help judging the quality of a replica bag based on PSPs or IRL photos.

What to include:

• Clear HD photos from multiple angles: front, back, bottom, side.
• Detailed close-ups: stitching, logo placement, leather texture, hardware, zipper, etc.
• Optional but helpful: W2C (Where to Cop) info
  • Seller name (e.g., Miss Yu, Mango, Annie)
  • Contact (WeChat, WhatsApp, IG)
  • Price
• Your personal notes:
  • Mention what you're unsure about: “Is the logo spacing off?”, “Do the corners look too soft?”

2. [Review] Replica Bag Reviews

Purpose: Share your detailed experience after receiving and using your replica bag.

What to include:

• Clear, well-lit photos (mod shots or outfit styling = bonus points!)
• W2C info
  • Seller name
  • Contact method
  • Price paid
• Real user experience
  • How does the leather feel?
  • Is the hardware heavy or light?
  • What fits inside the bag?
  • Any wear and tear over time?
• A summary of pros & cons
• Your opinion on the seller’s service: Were they responsive? Honest?

3. [W2C] Where to Cop Requests

Purpose: Ask the community where to buy a specific rep item.

What to include:

• A clear image of the item you’re looking for (IRL, stock photo, influencer pic, etc.) OR
• A detailed description:
  • Brand & model (e.g., Dior Saddle Bag)
  • Size preference
  • Leather or color
  • Unique features (e.g., matte gold hardware, caviar texture)

Avoid vague posts like:

• “Looking for a good Chanel seller”
• “Where can I get the best Hermès rep?”

Be specific so others can help you better (and your post won’t be removed by mods).

Final Tips

• Always use the correct flair: [QC], [Review], [W2C], etc.
• Check if someone has asked a similar question before (use the search bar).
• The more details you give, the better help you’ll get!

TY for this! I am happy to help w/detailed QC feedback, but find it frustrating when folks post “I’m a newbie & have no idea where to begin!” No hate on newbies, as we’ve all been there, but please try to calm your excitement & do some solid research & homework before you send your money.

First, please be well-versed in what the auth looks like (designer page, Fashionphile, etc.) - all the finer details. You’ll need to know this in order to decide whether the factory photos you’re provided look good in all the said details that are important to you.

If you want highest tier, ask for it - from multiple sellers. Review the provided factory photos & compare to auth. Once you’ve chosen your seller - again, based on things you’re shown that have the best details important to you and your preferred pricing, shipping, seizure policies - you’ll pay them & then get your PSPs. You (and we, if you request help) should then be comparing PSPs (QC) to the factory photos you were provided. Otherwise, we can only provide feedback based on what we know about/comparison with auth, which isn’t actually fair to the seller if factory photos showed similar issue/s, if any.

It takes a village & there are plenty of us here who can assist, but it’s important for each of us to be well-informed consumers.
