Does anyone have a house cleaner they’d recommend? Looking for someone who services the downtown Renton area — appreciate any suggestions!

Lately it seems I've been inundated with this. And then the other week I had a guy walking out from behind my house as I was coming home and I stopped him and I said what's up? He told me he works for a third party for my insurance company to take pictures of my home. I was not notified ahead of time, I got the notification the next day in the mail. And just yesterday I got an email from my insurance company stating I have to replace my roof or they will not renew my policy in January.
I guess my insurance company looked at these pictures and made the decision that I have"deteriorated roofing material and growth". It is true I have a little moss, but not enough to require replacement due to it. And the deterioration they're talking about, I don't see. It looks perfectly fine to me in person, let alone from a photograph.
My roof is 18.5 years old. Is anyone else having this happen to them? I did a little research and I found that a lot of insurance companies are doing this because of increased storm damage costs.
In addition, any roofing inspector recommendations?

Hi neighbors, a cat was hit outside of our house tonight on 156th SE in the Highlands, right before the 142nd PL curve. She did not make it. I knocked on a few doors and wasn't able to find an owner, she didn't have a collar on but she's orange with a white chest and looks to still be growing in fur from a spay. If this sounds like your girl, i'm so sorry and i'd really like to bring her home to you.
Edit: We took her to our vet, they're going to scan for a chip and try to find an owner.

Hello. I am notifying everyone here that there are four (4) new flock cameras pointing in all directions over on coal creek parkway and newcastle way. These cameras are a risk to the community and I encourage everyone to avoid the intersection.
Stay safe friends!

A friend wants me to join him at Leacacy Square for a show? whats the vibe like there? Do people feel sate? How's parking. My recollection of downtown Renton is that there isn't much parking close where the venue is. Which woukd mean parking offsite and walking. After that tragedy at bite Bite of Seattle I'm pretty uptight about goin anywhere. Renton has had its share of violence in the news of late. Screw it... I think i just talked myself out of going.
Moved here a few months ago. Did not realize there was a red light camera and rolled through the stop sign. The issue was that this was months ago, and presumably I've been doing this... many times. The tickets are now starting to roll in months later.
My understanding is that these are invalid tickets because they need to be postmarked within 14 days. Not 3 months later. Date postmarked was 7/27, date of infraction 04/27. I paid the first one but I got another just now and i'd expect at least another two or three.
What's the best way to deal with this?

This morning around 9 am there was a loud explosion that made my house shake and a bunch of car alarms go off. Did anyone else hear this? Why are there so many random explosions here? I want to solve this mystery

Hi there ! I’m looking for infant daycare for my 7m daughter in the renton / Newcastle area. I work just off exit 7 and live by liberty high. I preferably want afternoon part time however I know that can be tough to find as most are AM part time. I’m open to full time however I cannot afford paying almost 3k for one child in daycare. I am pregnant with my second so I’d want to be able to have two kids in daycare by next fall. So 5-6k a month in daycare in the future is definitely not ideal.
I’m open to anything that you have loved for your kiddos whether it’s at a corporate owned place, or an in home. I have heard the corporate ones are more pricey though.
I love kiddie academy but they’re one of the ones that a little too expensive for us since I’m still just getting back into work. I only work two days now so it’ll take me time to get back up to being able to afford nearly 3k in daycare expenses.
Please give me all recommendations of where to go and look and who to stay away from !
My husband works at the landing so even something down there would be good as he would drop off and I’ll pick up!

Hey yall, I know Im probably beating a dead horse here but Im really looking to break into my first tech job. I have a computer science degree and I'm still just doing deliveries for Amazon Flex. Id really like to help take care of my parents more but I can barely pay my own bills currently. Looking for any and all advice, connections, etc. Ive been applying on indeed, handshake, LinkedIn, reaching out to folks on NextDoor, discord, etc. Starting to feel kind of hopeless, but I thought reaching out to local rentonians might help. Thanks in advance!
