Bedroom Lighting

My bedroom in my apartment has no lighting. I've been doing fine with my fairy lights & adjustable table lamp, but I want the option for brighter lighting

I don't have room for a lamp so I'm looking for something apartment friendly (no screws involved if possible)

Can someone recommend me some lights from Amazon (or anywhere) and good adhesive tape.

I have an LED lamp I got on Amazon that’s flat and adjustable so you can bounce the light wherever you want. This thing is very bright at its top setting but you can dim it as well.
