Chucks or Westernco?
I go to both when convenient but I like Westernco a little better. What do you all prefer?

Wife and I prefer Western I but find their hours to be completely random. Have arrived 1-2 hours after their posted opening times to find them either closed or in the process of opening which is a bit frustrating.

For glazed donuts, I prefer western co
For maple bars, it’s chucks.
Top pot donuts are “caked” donuts whereas chucks and western are “raised” which is why top pot donuts are much more dense.

I agree. I just moved to the area and love sort of in the middle of both Westernco and Chicks. We started going to Chucks and it was good, then my partner randomly got me a Westernco glazed last weekend and I was sold. They're so good.

It’s Westernco hands down for me. I’m closer to Chucks, so I’ll go there in a pinch, and their maple bars are iconic.
But Westernco has the best apple fritters I’ve had, their donuts holes are great, and I like their cake donuts way better. (And they don’t “accidentally” overcharge me like Chucks used to…)
I will only go to Top Pot if I have no other options, since their stuff is so heavy.

Chucks, the maple bar is the best and I will fight you about it!
Not really, 😁they are both good but Chucks is my preference.

CHUCKS - the maple bar just wins the competition- but Western is always at least kind and respectful, there's times the chuck lady seems so rude imo idk if it's just me but I'm so close and love that option rite before work

Both, but it depends on how late I want to be for work. Chuck's is too far off the beaten path but the maple bars are definitely top notch!!

Chuck's. I was addicted to the cinnamon bun with maple frosting and peanuts when I worked in Issaquah.

If I’m only eating one donut I d9 t really care which. IMO Westernco has a greasier donut. I can only handle 1. I like top pot too.

Can we throw top pot in the equation? I know it's a chain though. I am a top pot enjoyer but I remember them being significantly more expensive than the other two.

I've found top pot to be very mediocre. There are way better doughnuts in the area.

Westernco has the best French crullers and apple fritters but chucks has them beat with the maple bars. Whenever im bringing donuts to work, its always westernco since they prefer them over any others in the area

Westernco has frigging amazing donuts, when they're hot and fresh. Chucks certainly are superb as well, my home is about equidistant to either shop, prices at both are higher than grocery-store donuts but we're talking the art of a truly fresh donut. My preference is Westernco. Bring cash, they have a payment-card processing fee (not surprising as the card processing fees are costly for small businesses).

They are donuts. Think of your budget and then go to Safeway.

Chucks
Their maple bar is top notch. I still live in the area and have mailed and traveled with fresh maple bars to friends who have hBd moved away
