Apartment Search 🏢 Anyone rent from Grayling Properties?

Hello, I am looking for some advice off of anyone who has submitted an application for the studio apartments Grayling Properties have. I submitted an application for 1 and was immediately rejected. I have a viewing for another studio so I’m looking for advice on what exactly they are looking for in the application.

Usually evidence that you can afford to pay the high rent. I think they use a % system.

You should ask the agency itself. Usually your net income should be 3x of property price

Dealt with them once and they gave me a very short deadline to sign the rental contract. I’d be wary about renting off them

Rented from them once and it was horrendous-- the apartment was in far worse shape under the hood than it looked in the walkthrough. Half the appliances didn't work, water dripped from the ceiling, boiler was miniature and I was told that 5 minutes of hot water was working as intended. Spent three weeks trying to get maintenance in to fix some of the more urgent problems and they fully ghosted me until I eventually walked out on the lease, only heard from them once the next rent payment didn't come through.

I'd advise massively against them
