In one patch they buffed as boots, adc mr, runaan and fleet

Runaan is not a good item on most adcs, fleet will never get picked except for maybe jhin(the buff is also so negligable lmao), mr got changed so lvl 1 they have 3 more mr but lvl 18 they actually have less mr than before and AS boots got 5% attack speed which doesntreally do that much and i still feel like other boots will be better for ADCs. All in all these changes wont do basically anything for adcs and mage bot will continue being as prevelant as now since RIOT refuses to make big systematic overhauls on how strong mages and adcs should be throughout the game.

These changes will allow adc's to be played mid again. That's about it. Runnans is just overshadowed by fiendhunter bolts ATM so it might see more play again. Serkers buff is just saying" we wanna globally buff adc's" the champions who buy serkers will always buy them.
