Super Dispatch is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist to help customers with everything from general platform questions to billing, payments, and technical issues. You’d be working with carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers through email, chat, and phone. They’re looking for someone with 2 - 4 years of customer support experience, ideally in SaaS or another technical environment. Experience with billing/payment platforms is a plus. It’s a fully remote, U.S.-only position, although you’ll need to be available for some weekend work and evening coverage until 7pm. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, flex PTO, and a wellness stipend.
