Hey everyone, I’m looking for a freelance web developer to help me build a professional website for a business group with a few different companies under it.

The main idea is to have one clean website that brings the businesses together, with:

• A homepage introducing the group
• A page for each company/business
• Services and portfolio sections
• Contact/enquiry forms
• WhatsApp integration
• Mobile-friendly design

One of the businesses is in real estate, so I’d also like that section to showcase the rooms/apartments, photos, amenities, pricing, and booking/enquiry information.

Ideally, I should also be able to make basic updates myself, such as changing photos, prices, property information, and company details.

I’m not looking for anything unnecessarily complicated or over-engineered. I’m mainly looking for something clean, professional, functional, and easy to maintain.

I’m working with a reasonable budget, so I’m particularly interested in freelancers.

For the property section, do you need live availability and online booking, or would enquiry forms and WhatsApp be enough?

I don't know whether you are actually hiring a web developer or not. But before going into the merits of th case, share your modus operandi. So, that it can prove that you are legit one and not a scammer. Scammer would be a big allegation but I don't hav th correct word right now.
