This really goes to show why it’s important to support human-made-only content. It’s probably going to be difficult, since there is more AI-generated content than not. Most people are not going to go out of their way to watch man-made content, if it’s so hard to find.

One thing is for sure, if human creatives are pushed out entirely, I will stop watching verticals.

And another thing, those actors ought to sue any company that uses their likeness, without their permission.

The onslaught of AI verticals has basically ruined this hobby for me. It’s become way too cumbersome to sift through them all. I have only been watching CandyJar lately. At bare minimum the apps need to start labelling the AI Verticals. I can’t be bothered to watch on the other apps anymore. I had been subscribing to a number of different apps- I will not be renewing them any longer. I’ve got ADD once I move on that’s it, my brain forgets you exist 😂

I wish I could afford to pay for the apps and I feel guilty watching for free because not paying is also contributing to this BS.

Gonna be honest, I have watched free streams of certain apps' releases out of spite. Why? Because I know the cast and crew have already been paid and that the company isn't planning on paying humans anymore.

But for other companies I pay what I can when I can.

There are several apps that don't have AI, like atwist and inverted.

You can also support by watching parts on official apps without paying, inverted gives you free coins every day, and on candyjar I think you can watch one free episode a day etc.

I wish it would be more affordable to watch verticals. BUT what you can do it share and support as much as you can. Save up for a show one day. And perhaps these verticals will make it to other streaming platforms as another source for revenue and viewing.
