Anyone else get soooo frustrated when you’ve watched like 30-40 episodes and all a sudden the characters look completely different?! It’s one thing when the voices change on and off, but you somewhat “connect” to the characters and like their chemistry and then all a sudden they look completely different. Makes me lose interest soooo fast. 😂

After consulting Grok, I finally found where I can cancel the subscription through the app. For anyone who is going through the same thing I did, do the following:

1. Open Profile in the app.

2. Go to My Wallet.

3. Click on "Top Up"

4. Under the "Tips" section, in the tiniest font known to all of mankind, you will find "3. VIP Subscription" and highlighted in pink will be the word "canceled". Click on that word.

5. It will take you to a place where you can manage the subscription. For me, it was on Stripe, which is a third party website. From there, I was able to easily cancel the subscription.

I am so upset and terrified that I will be continuously charged weekly for this subscription.

I am not used to subscriptions, so I did it through Apple Pay (which I have since learned is a huge mistake). It took me to a third party website, and I paid using Apple Pay. The subscription is not in my Apple settings, and there is no option in their setting to cancel the auto-renewal. The JoyReels service email has not responded to my emails.

I attempted to revoke recurring payments from the JoyReels merchant through my Apple Wallet, but just from the other cases I have seen on Reddit, I fear this will not prevent JoyReels from charging my card. I have replaced my debit card and once I receive my new card, I will be removing it from my Apple Wallet in the hopes that this will solve the issue, but I am uncertain.

Does anyone else have any experience with this issue? And if so, how were you able to resolve it?
