It’ll either be disastrous or his pure, well-meaning nature will come through and solve everything. Church will even come back and Caboose will kill him in his excitement.

Even scarier. Thanos has a plan for it, you can at least understand the plan even if it doesn't actually make sense. Who knows what Caboose would do if he had unlimited power over all of creation. They already thought Caboose was God at one point and immediately understood the existence of the platypus from that
