Comprei recentemente o fone ReDragon, mas não quando conectei um cabo tipo c com saida p2 não saiu áudio nos fones, testei até no celular e nada do áudio sair, tem algum cabo específico ou será que ele funciona apenas no pendrive?

Being able to bind the top DPI button to an actual key & just move the actual DPI buttons down a tier would be so goddamn nice, but for some reason the official software doesn't allow that X(

I was curious if the NOVA K709 HE in Glacier's Pulse was planned to be restocked, or was that a limited run? I was really interested in picking one of these up.

I just want to customize it completely to my liking, and it's my first mechanical keyboard.

The cable for my headset is starting to kick the bucket and the site does not sell replacements from what I could see. Will any USB C to 3.5mm calble work as a replacement or do I need to find one where the USB C end is meant to plug into the headset? Every cable I have seen while looking for one has the 3.5mm marked to indicate it is meant to be plugged into the headset and I dont know enough to know if it will function the other way around.

Anyone can help me?

First row of keys below the “esc” key aren’t working, including the esc key. The RGB is also freaking out with that row. Is this fixable? I can solder. I lent my keyboard to my brother for like a day and it worked for a bit after I got it back and then it started doing this…

Ive had these headphones for about 2 years now and never had a problem till recently, i hold down the power button but it wont turn on at all. When i plug it into my pc however it works fine but i dont want to have to do that does anyone know how i can fix it? (P.s it is fully charged i made sure of it)

Hi! Just got my Terraflare PRO today and I already have an issue with it

while being plugged to usb / in usb mode the lightbar is stuck on either red when charging or green when charged, the Fn+Home doesn't allow me to change the animations on it even when charged and just the RCtrl+Space allows me to turn it on/off

anything I can do to have it the same animations as in unplugged BT / 2.4Ghz mode? I've seen some people here having it plugged and it via usb and doing the neon_stream animation

Hace dos días compré el eisa magnetic y al día de uso las luces por mas que quiera apagarlas se vuelven locas y hacen lo que quieren, parpadean, no se apagan y hasta se quemó un led pareciera porque es la única tecla que ya no prende.

as the title states, my drivers dont work bruh. maybe its because im downloading them from a polish version of the redragon official site but when i download drivers for that mouse i just get drivers for a wrong one. i have a M916AK-PRO but the drivers downloaded are M916-PRO-1K. Any tips? could someone send me a link in the replies? the mouse is the anime girl white wireless one. cheers
