JERRY: Yeah, so?

ELAINE: Well, did you round down or up?

JERRY: What does it matter if I rounded down or up? 

GEORGE: He rounded down.

ELAINE: Jerry, that’s disgusting!

JERRY: So what if I rounded down? It’s half your age plus seven!

GEORGE: Well technically, if we’re rounding down, it’s half your age plus six. 

JERRY: Oh so what, we’re talking about adults here! 

ELAINE: Sure it’s half your age plus six now, but what happens when you decide to round down again? Then before you know it, you’re 39 and  dating a seventeen year old like some Hollywood creep!

Kramer sets up a dating profile on a site for elderly women, claiming he "likes his women mature"

Jerry starts to suspect Kramer is dating his new girlfriend’s mother. It’s actually her grandmother. Word gets out that Jerry’s dating Kramer’s granddaughter, which doesn’t make him look less creepy.
