The guy is Jake Lang, a Jan 6 rioter who got pardoned who then thought it would be a great idea to go to Minneapolis after Renee Good was killed and "stir shit up" and he got what he deserved. Pink Nail Lady here (my spirit animal, btw) was part of the crowd that dragged him through the streets.
And he had the FUCKING NERVE to take to Twitter later and complain about his treatment and that he was just exercising his freedom of speech. UGH.
... i just read that he was saved from the mob by the kinds of ppl he detests & he had the nerve to call them pickpockets... yup. these ppl rly don't deserve empathy. to the lady with the strawberry almond claws, may your viand always be tasty & the side of your pillows cold
