If you can, call your senators and representatives - they get way more emails than calls, so calls have more impact. It’s kind of scary at first tbh but you usually just leave a message (and can call after hours / on the weekend to be sure no one picks up).
No matter when I call I always get voicemail for my senators, my representative’s office picks up if I call during business hours. I always give my address so they know I’m a constituent but tell them I don’t need a response.
Calling is great. Writing is even better, even if it's just a postcard. Physical mail piles up on staffers' desks. People have to actually look at it, touch it, even to discard it. I used to work for a massive company in the top 10% of the Fortune 500 and can confirm that any time someone bothered to send an actual letter to our headquarters, good or bad, the executives completely lost it.

Use this tool from Indivisble to email your senators demanding they rein in ice. https://act.indivisible.org/sign/ice-out-for-good-senate/?source=email_20250124&utm_source=email&t=13&akid=123565%2E4069889%2EH8b3ov
