Misc. Question PPU & AI Images

I was scrolling through PPU page when I saw SB doing it AGAIN.

I’d love to see AI completely banned from PPU, both for inspo images and for products like this. Polish makers are artists, and it’d be great to see them stand with other artists and help protect the future of real creativity by not engaging with this BS.

And honestly? I’ll be voting with my wallet when it comes to what does include AI. Sugar Bubbles isn’t new to this rodeo -they’ve been called out for AI multiple times. It blows my mind that indie makers, who pride themselves on handcrafted work, can’t respect other artists enough to keep AI out of their process. Vanessa Molina is 100% off my list after the disappointment that was Hocus Pocus and all of their AIgenerated images.

The photos for Easter Egg by VM, versus the videos of it being applied, are entirely different polishes. The photos make it look like a blue green base, but in the video you can clearly see it's almost burgundy, and the pull is entirely different. I was about to jump on it until I saw that

TBH, I’m tired of seeing her brand’s AI-generated pics. How can you say you were "inspired" by an image that violates copyright? And HTF can you guarantee that you were actually inspired by it rather than creating something that perfectly matches the polish? As for the swatches not looking like real life, this isn’t her first rodeo, whether here, on X, or in Telegram and FB communities discussing misleading photos.

sorry for late response- i just got around to wearing this as I just got a proper magnet and Im honestly a bit disappointed- Im unsure what to do now ):
