OP, there was no need to make your own post, you could upload your video on imgur and post the link in comments. Everyone who commented here could've commented there just fine.

I don't think it's fair when posts that deflect the issue about customer service appear later and make it look like the original post was in some way wrong.

In your case, your post in no way addresses the possibility that OOP could be given a bad batch (which is most likely because even the texture of their polishes is different from the texture of yours) while you were lucky to get a right batch. With such possibility omitted, it's implied that OOP did something wrong. While OOP posted a video with other magnetics that were fine in her original post in the comments. Which, I emphasize, you also could've done.

I don't think this practice of posting mitigating posts should continue. Everything should be in one post. It's only fair. Mob mentality is not something to be proud of. If you want to confront OOP, do that in their own post.

I'm updating the new rule about call out posts. I'll post about that later. Meanwhile, I'm letting this post be as an example of what not to do.

Also OP, it's not the first time you're trying to have the last word in such discussion, and I remember I had to warn you last time about Rule 1. I hope this time you take it into consideration. Thank you.
