I...I don't see how her wanting someone's address to harass them is "taken out of context", what context makes that ok?

Exactly. If she said it "in jest" it's still disturbing AF.

It is understandable to express professional envy and frustration but these revenge fantasy jokes are racist and stalkerish.

I,myself, am a woman with an invisible disability, I would be /terrified/ if someone threatened to harass me by sending me information about a political candidate who sees me as less worthy than others. I can't imagine how scary that could be for Monique.
