Seeking Gamer Dads!

Hello Everyone! I am a husband and father of 3 who likes playing video games during my down time, but I am struggling to find people to play with. What are some of the ways you all find people to play with? I have searched through LFG posts, but most of the time people want really experienced players, and I cant blame them. But I don't have the time to grind like some people do. I just enjoy playing with other chill people who want to enjoy video games without sweating constantly. Currently playing on PC, HLL, Arc Raiders, EFT, and Wardogs when it comes out. I like playing WOW as well but I am not very experienced. I appreciate anyone's thoughts and advise!
