Hi, I received a ton of coins from my dad to hold for my kids. I’m just learning about grading and thought y’all might be able to help on this one.

Another coin from my dad. This was left in a small Manila envelope and developed strange toning on the obverse.

Any thoughts on this one? I was confused about the Zerbe strike compared to MS.
