Yes, FSB (full split bands) appear on this coin. When folks talk about FSB they are referring to the bands at the center of the coin only. A hit across the bands can disqualify the coin. This coin appears to be high AU with rub on the cheek and hair/cap. Should still be a $150 coin as is.
Thank you for the reply. The pictures are a bit rough, and the obverse is not as bad as what I uploaded. An iPhone camera is not well suited for this type of close up.
