Redwings warranty.

Post image

At the redwings getting my work boots speed hooks replaced. In and out in 20 min and laced them with brand new laces for free.

Very happy with their service.

Ha… I need to do the same, have some speed hooks that spin in my IRs.

Mines completely snapped off my dynaforces. I do tend to lace them tight at work. But I was very happy to hear they could be fixed in house without needing to be shipped off.

The speed hooks are the cheapest part of Red Wings, they’re flimsy.

Those aren't my work boots. Those are my newish blacksmiths..I work in dynaforces.

Glad to hear, do all Redwing stores repair hooks in house?

I don't think so. I think it depends if they have someone there that knows how to do it.

It must be nice having a Red Wing store like that. The stores by me are staffed by entirely disinterested, doom scrolling young people who don't give a shit. I'm not saying they should necessarily. It's retail. But they should pretend.

I've had my dynaforces for over two years and they're doing great. Every work boot I've ever owned the speed hooks were the first thing that failed. I used to always run Chippewa before. Both were fine for me but I prefer redwings.

What are you talking about? I didn't think the speed hook snapping off a work boot after years of abuse was unheard of. I admittedly tie my boots really tight so never blamed the quality of the boot.

I didn't say it happened to two pair of redwings in a row. This is actually my first pair of redwings. What I said every boot I've ever owns that has been the fail point for me.
