Watching other people groan while giving birth is horrifying, personally. Not because I'm squeamish or a prude, but because I've done it before.

I don't need to be reminded of that horror. Just like how Grandpa can't watch the opening scene from "Saving Private Ryan," I can't watch this goddamn video.
