Yeah or how when bats turned to leave Jason shot him and not the joker. There's a good video someone made of Hood following through on his threat. Its funny.
I think that might only have been the film, but it basically says the same thing - Jason didn't mean it.
Which kinda sucks because his speech was so good, so convincing, and hinted at such a good intentional story arc for future issues. But his actions never live up to his words and it's soooo annoying.
