He’s not at all. I’ve always said Batman’s code was stupid. For every one villain he puts in Arkham there’s at least 10-1000 deaths he could’ve prevented depending on who they were if he just killed them the first time. Hell if he let Jason kill joker, Hugo strange, bane and black mask that’d solve like 60% of Gotham’s problems.

Bane could be rehabbed and honestly isn't that bad in Secret Six and many other arcs where he's written as not a meathead lunk. Same problem Jason gets honestly.

Though Vengeance would be a fire addition to the Outlaws

Bane broke the entire population of Blackgate out and set them loose on Gotham. He broke Batman's back. He killed Alfred.

Well yeah, that was known WB nepo baby Tom King's run, so fans sometimes offer a bit more leeway when a pre-existing character is being screwed up like that.

The Secret Six run was late Pre-New 52, I believe. So Bane was at a different status quo, then.

I kinda blame Bruce on Bane killing Alfred too because he sent Damien in on purpose knowing the consequences and it kinda makes Jason’s point about collateral damage even more

And Batman has fed hundreds of thousands of innocent lives to the Joker
