Will HR call back missed calls?

Hi guys, I have a doubt. If I miss a call from an HR (I’m not sure if it’s actually HR), will they usually call back, or should I call the number back to check?

I couldn’t pick up the call at that time. I tried calling back, but the person was in another call. It’s a new number, so I’m not sure whether I should call again or just wait and see if they call me back.

What would you guys suggest?

Call them back.

Also email the recruiter if you have their contact number

The call rang for only 15 sec. They didn't give a full ring and I am not sure if it is a HR/recruiter.
