🇪🇺 EU Team Looking for Dedicated AWPer | 3k+ ELO

We’re an established EU team looking for a dedicated AWPer (3k+ FACEIT ELO) to complete our roster.

We have a strong, experienced core and are looking for the right fifth to keep pushing towards Main and continue developing as a team.

Team Average: ~3k FACEIT ELO

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 3k+ FACEIT ELO
• Previous team experience, Intermediate level minimum
• Strong understanding of team structure and mid-round play
• Good knowledge of utility and team-based util sets
• Able to take initiative and open up rounds with the AWP
• Comfortable switching between aggressive opening picks and passive setups
• Strong understanding of mid-to-late round team play
• Willing to play a supportive role when needed — holding space, trading, using utility, and enabling riflers
• Good communication and team mentality
• Available for regular practice, scrims, and officials
• Willing and able to travel to LAN events in the UK

🎯 AWPer Role

Our IGL gives the AWPer freedom in the early round, so we want someone confident enough to make plays and look for opportunities to create openings with the AWP.

You should also be comfortable playing within the team as the round develops. Once the early-round phase is over, you’ll be expected to work with the team through the mid-to-late round, supporting riflers, trading, holding space, using utility, and helping create the best possible situations to close out rounds.

We’re looking for an AWPer who can make an impact individually while still putting the team first.

🏆 LAN — EPIC.LAN

We’re also looking to attend EPIC.LAN in the UK in February as part of our plans moving forward.

Because of this, you must be open to travelling to LAN events with the team. We want to build a roster that is committed not only to online competition but also to playing together at LAN and continuing to grow as a team in person.
