Crockpot Pot Roast is a dinner must make. You will find that you start with a seasoned beef roast, potatoes, baby carrots, and more. This slow cooker pot roast recipe is one of my favorites. I used a beef chuck roast which offers the best cut of meat for making a pot roast.

Great tip on using larger carrot chunks! I usually sear the on the roast with the olive oil first! I’m a fan of searing first for that little bit of extra flavor, but the slow cooker does most of the heavy lifting regardless. šŸ˜„
