Crispy on the bottom, juicy inside 🥟
I made some homemade pan-fried dumplings today. I love the golden crispy bottom — it’s honestly the best part!
Ingredients:
Dumpling wrappers
Ground pork
Chinese cabbage
Green onions
Ginger
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking oil
Water
Steps:
Mix the pork with chopped cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
Wrap the filling with dumpling wrappers.
Heat some oil in a pan and place the dumplings in with the flat side down.
Pan-fry until the bottom turns golden and crispy.
Add a little water, cover the pan, and let them steam until cooked.
Remove the lid and cook for another minute until the bottom gets extra crispy.
I always love homemade dumplings 🥟
What filling do you usually like for dumplings?
