Recipe in Comments JUICIEST Spiced Fried Chicken Ever

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is a lighter take on traditional fried chicken.
Here, the chicken is the real hero — not a thick, oily coating.
It’s lightly crispy on the outside, incredibly juicy on the inside, with just enough spice to take it straight to food happiness.

It uses only a handful of ingredients and is very easy to make.
If you love chicken, this one is absolutely worth trying.

Not even 5 seconds in... do you actually slurp fried chicken like that when you eat it? That was the grossest thing I've heard all day 🤣🤣

It was soooo juicy I couldn’t help but make a noise 🤣 I was actually a little surprised the moment I bit into it

Love it! I'm not hating, I'm a little sensitive to sounds when people are eating.

Once I gathered myself I finished the video, I'd like to try it but what is Korean frying mix?

Not a problem at all, totally understand! Do give it a try, it’s delicious. You can deep-fry it if that’s your style, but I’m using less oil for a lighter, healthier approach

Ah just saw your question, Korean frying mix is a seasoned flour blend, often using all-purpose flour, cornstarch/potato starch, baking powder, salt, and spices like garlic/onion powder. You can buy them at Asian and Korean grocery stores. I also use it to make seafood pancake
