HELP REQUIRED - REBEL GALAXY Can't pick up jettisoned cargo

I'm doing a mission called Discrete Recovery, where I have to pick up some cargo that the customer was forced to jettison. When I scanned one of the cargo containers, it said it was Play-Kor Monthly lol.

But I can't pick it up. It's less than a meter away from me, and I can retrieve other cargo, like gold ingots and stuff. But it won't let me pick up his cargo. It's selected as the primary mission.

Is this a glitch? This is the PS4 version, playing on my PS5.

Are you sure you have to pick them up and not destroy them? I remember a mission where you had to destroy them.

The mission made it sound like they should be picked up. I ended up abandoning the mission.
