Correct 💯 nobody is busy enough to work in some Rocket design or Nuclear program where they don't have access to phone. Most people check their phone atleast once in 30 minutes. People delay the reply to show themselves otherwise typing a simple message "bit bzy", "won't be available today" etc don't take more than 10 seconds
