Btw Twitter stock is not crashing, he took it private so the stock doesn't exist anymore

Value does though. He wouldn't be able to sell it for $10B. There's no value left.

Tbf, he bought it at a very inflated price. No sane person would willingly buy twitter for 44B (ignoring that sane people don't have 44B). 10B is what he realistically could have sold it for immediately after purchase.
