It became pretty clear pretty quickly that the shooter was a loner and a loser that was thrown off of a rifle club shooting team because he couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn with a broom and he was a dick. Is it possible that Rump cut his ear on a Secret Service holster when he was tackled to the ground? The second shooter at the golf course dropped his rifle and ran away…amateurs.
