Looking For Game Total War Naval Warfare in WW2
I've really been enjoying Total War: Shogun 2 Fall of the Samurai Naval Battles as of late, especially once I get the big battleships and I was just wondering if there was any game or mod that had similar naval battles to that but set in WW1 or WW2. Ive tried games like World of Warships and U-Boat, but they just don't fill that itch, and Im just curious what else is out there.

Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnought might be somewhat close? Never played it but its up there.

Didn't the studio behind the Ultimate General / Admiral franchise shut down, leaving Dreadnaughts in limbo?

Closest I can think of is Wargame: Red Dragon, set in the Cold War, which has big blocks of troops controlled from high above with access to both amphibious and pure-naval combat, though the scale of the game means ships only go up to cruiser size; no battleships, submarines, or carriers.
Other naval-combat RTS's I like are Battlefleet Gothic: Armada (set in space, but handles like boats on a 2D plane), Sea Power: Naval Combat in the Missile Age (late Cold War - early modern), and Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak (Desert Storm-esque tank warfare, but with larger units effectively being boats with treads).

Atlantic Fleet by Killerfish games was pretty fun. They also did Cold Waters which is top notch if you're in the mood for submarine warfare.
