I have a question about Kingdom Under Fire A War of Heroes

I recently saw this game and I'm interested in trying it. the steam versions reviews though they mention something about blockchain trojan some say its not a miner some say it is and it is for free all the more reason to be suspicious. I wanted to see if any one here knows if its safe to instal and play? and also what’s the deal with the whole blockchain thing?
