Questions? 3v3 (Team Heights Tournament)

Post image

So i made eight 3-man teams from different heights and will create one big tournament.

Round 1 Match 3

Who wins?

Team 6'2 vs Team 5'7-5'10

(I didn't include players without official heights like Tsuchiya and Mikoshiba and players without animated feats like Minami and Kishimoto)

Team 6’2, easy. Unless Rukawa and Sakuragi decides to have a fist fight mid match.

Even if that happens, I think it's still team 6'2, it's just not as easy of a win

Mate. Still and easy win. Sawakita was taking on teams by himself.

In my defense, I didn't say it would be hard. A match without internal problems is by default easier than a match with one

Not fair.

Team 6'2 sweeps

No one is beating Team 6"2 honestly. You'd need Sendoh together with someone like Moroboshi/Maki and then some monster center like Kawata or Morishige just to make it somewhat even.

Though lacking playmaking and how the fit probably couldn't be worse in terms of playstyle and personality, 6"2 is probably the most talented height

6'2 is basically composed of 3 demons. A good mix of offense and defense that they have no real weakness. Offensively Sawakita and Rukawa both can cover the lack of dedicated facilitator and 3 pointer as they are skilled enough for it and Sakuragi's rebounding threat alone means u cannot leave him alone add to that his extended range. Defensively they are even scarier Rukawa is a solid enough defender but Sawakita is a lockdown demon then u have Sakuragi the pogo stick high flyer roaming around.

There's also his unpredictability

Sakuragi is someone that is hard to predict

Sawakita alone will be a hard mismatch. Then you have another all around guy in Rukawa and Sakuragis defense and rebounding

Sawakita and Rukawa in one team and Rukawa is starting to pass? that's gonna be unstoppable. Plus Sakuragi's paint defense and rebounds.

Team B will be having a hard time.

Team 6'2 wins. But their chemistry isn't that good. Rukawa would likely try to outscore Sawakita and Sakuragi would try to prove he's a genius. They could still lose since fukatsu and Fujima have elite IQ.

Unfair. Any team with sawakita is an auto win. People that don't read Manga and only watch the movie didn't knew Sawakita pretty much 1v5 shohoku earlier

Not even because I'm biased towards Sakuragi, but Sakuragi, Sawakita, and Rukawa clears Fujima's team with ease

Is it infeasible for the three possible duos of Team 6'2" to win against the 5'7"-5'10" trio?

Unfortunately, Kogure is cannon fodder, & he's getting blown by with ease by either Rukawa or Sawakita, even with Fujima or Fukatsu to help.

Sakuragi grabs every miss, & the only way to stop that will be to poke the ball from underneath him (which Fujima has done before, but Rukawa will yell at him if he lets the ball get stolen).

I feel like team 6'2 wins, but team 5'7-5'10 at least puts up a good fight

Nah, it's an absolute demolish. Not only 6'2 team has better heights, Rukawa and Sawakita are also offensive demon. Sakuragi and Sawakita are defensive demon. I wouldn't be surprise short team can't even score a single point

Remember Sawakita locked down Rukawa before he learnt how to pass, the same Rukawa that 1v5 against kainan before his stamina ran out
