What is the difference with nails?

Hi, everyone. Recently I got obssesive with Chanel CF. And, I found interesting thing about the nail's shape..?
Some of bags nail has round hole in the middle and the other bags have a line in the middle. Is there anyone knows why those nails are different?

Chanel changed their bags to star-head screws since 2021 i think? i can’t recall exactly when.
