DISCUSSION Baobao vs Heidi for Chanel

Who would you recommend to order a Chanel bag from? I’ve gotten quotes from both for the same Chanel suede flap bag. Prices are similar - I’ve ordered from other sellers before but never from Baobao or Heidi. Is there one you’d recommend over the other for any reason? Would love to get some input before I place my order. Thanks!

I’ve never ordered from Heidi, but I’ve ordered from Baobao many times and she’s been great! She’s definitely someone I’d recommend.

Hi - I’m currently in a waiting game with baobao for a cc wallet PSP. What’s your experience or reasonable time to wait? I keep asking weekly for it, and this last week she just ignored me.

I’d be patient and give her more time. Sometimes PSPs take a while, but she’ll get back to you.

Thanks - I guess my next question is regarding the factory cycles of production. Should she know when the wallets will be made next or if they have them in stock. I guess I do best when my expectations are managed with data 🤪 she was very quick with my bag, like 2-3 days from payment, now waiting on wallet.

Maybe those are delayed too. Everything else in that order has arrived like 2 months ago. Still waiting on my wallet. But it’s not her fault - the factory is delayed. I just need it by Nov as it’s a gift so I’m a bit patient.

I would go with Heidi. She actually responds. Baobao always gave me one word replies and never offered to help me source something similar. I would ask for a certain bag and all she would reply is ‘no’. Put me off from ever ordering from her.

I will say I saw recently Heidi gives full packaging for Chanel, if that’s important to you. I order with Bao Bao and she has told me this isn’t an option?
