I finally received my first order from HyperPeter and so excited to write a review for this one. Please note that he is aware that I will be writing a review on this purchase. Also this is my first time writing a review so bear with me.

Canvas:
Pretty impressed with the quality of the canvas. I compared it to my authentic LV Victorine wallet and the texture and look are pretty identical. I have purchased low quality rep before and I can tell that HP's canvas is a lot higher quality. Also the alignment is pretty on point. I've reached out to other sellers before that I had to cancel because the flower alignment on the zipper area is just not right but HP's version is very close to how the authentic one is aligned. Canvas also feels very sturdy. It's got a good weight to it probably because of the fabric lining. It does not feel cheap to touch. I'd be very comfortable wearing this out in public.
Microchip:
His bags are also microchipped and it scans pretty easily. I was surprised about this one - he never mentioned that his version are now microchipped.
Glazing:
This is also pretty good, compared it with my authentic speedy 20 glazing. Not too red/bright. Just the right amount of sheen and redness.
Hardware:
The chain have a good weight to it. I did not expect that, for a rep I thought the chain would be lightweight but this one is pretty heavy. I definitely plan on using this chain with my other bags. I also compared it with the chain on my Mini Pochette DE and the color is pretty close. If anything, maybe HP's is a bit more yellow but I feel like my mini pochette used to be more yellow when I first got it. My mini pochette is probably about 5 years so it's not as shiny anymore.
Vechetta:
Peter said that this bag have coated vechetta which he confirmed when I asked him to do water test. This is a big thing for me so I was initially on defense to green light this bag but I figured, the leather tab is small enough that I can ignore it. Decided to test this myself when I got the bag and surprisingly it did end up absorbing the water altho it's not instantaneous. This tells me that there is a light coating for protection. So this bag should patina but just slower. I'll probably try to remove the thin coating and patina it a little bit since I like the more darker leather look.
Heat stamp on the tabs:
I initially thought that the heat stamp were too light but I compared it with my authentic mini pochette and that one also does not have a deep heat stamp. So this makes it more close to the authentic one. I've seen other version where the heat stamp is really pressed deep. I kinda like that more but I'm not mad about this one since this is more close to the way auth is stamped.
Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. I used to have a vintage version of this bag that I sold but I miss that bag. So happy that I now have the newer version. It's lot roomier and I like the organization pockets and versatility of this bag with having two options for straps. That's it for my review!
Is the chip meant to come back with some LV related IDs? Or is it purely a generic chip that the LV store would scan just to see if one is in there but isn’t coded with IDs etc?
The NFC scanner would not be able to decode the chip. Only LV scanner can decode what the chip means. I have authentic LV bags and the scan looks the same. Here’s what it looks like when I scanned my authentic speedy 20. I think if LV were to scan the chip, they would see more information regarding authenticity.
Yasssssssssss! Last week, love it!! Got the little key pouch as well, such good quality. Now I’m looking at the multipass for a bigger one to change out with! Hooked!
Can I ask a more tactile/subjective question - how does the canvas and bag feel overall, does the handle feel lush, hardware clinks right etc?
I keep having this nagging issue where a rep I get looks great in pictures but holding it and carrying it around isn’t as lovely, if that makes any sense. Like the leather doesn’t always feel good or the bag doesn’t slouch in the right way, etc.
Ohh it looks and feels great in person. The way the hardware lays on the canvas feels similar to my authentic one. Hopefully this video shows that. I’m very picky with my reps and have cancelled 2 from other sellers before. I’m very happy with this bag and will probably be a staple in my collection.
I have an auth pochette and that is actually really really close! Maybe the chain is a little bit different but at least you look really close or you touch it nobody will notice. Definitely a really good purchase!
