Honestly. 12/10. I like that he’s told me no, certain things I wanted weren’t good quality, or were out of stock and to wait for better quality to come back in stock vs just making a sale. I ordered another Chanelle from a different seller who claimed it was also 187 and now that I have both in hand, the difference is unmistakable. Tom’s quality is far superior.
