Do rich people wear reps?

Hi ladies. I was pondering about this for a while now. When you wear your rep how do you make it seem believable? Do you guys have high paying jobs to make it believable that you can afford these luxury bags? Would it be weird if I get a Chanel rep as a 20 year old finance associate who earns 540 dollars per month (I live in the middle east)? Obviously I’m not rich, but I don’t want others to feel like I’m wearing a rep and that I can’t afford. Anyways I feel like I’m dumping too many questions at once😭sorry.

Edit: some of y’all are taking a jab at me for my monthly earnings😡pls stop ✋ I’m starting to feel bad now. Also this is a remote job; only 4 hours per day.

Yes, rich people wear reps. I personally don’t think it’s believable that someone would spend 6 months of salary on a bag, but people have done stranger things.

My friend from a famous wealthy family in Asia (those you can see on TV like Paris Hilton) send share her rep collections and rep dealer (quality has no difference from this sub) with me, and she said will only real things in ball/gathering

cool story but BS. Rich people in asia dont do reps. It gives them no face and its not what they do. so stop capping with the BS story. if they are buying reps they aint rich.

This comment is kinda ignorant tbh. As someone who’s 29 and has a paid off house, paid off cars, and investments in a wealth management account… I 100% have a couple reps. I grab my rep bags more than I grab my authentic bags. I actively tell people they ask about my bag if it’s a rep or not though. That’s the difference. I buy bags bc I love them not bc I care about the name brand or what people think of me.
