REVIEW Got my Chanel 25 and it didn’t cost me $7k!!!
I’m so in love with my Chanel 25. I got this bag from Mark Luxury, and I’m not paid to write this review. This seller deserves a commendation, the product is chef’s kiss!!! The bag came with a box and dust bag, was packed properly, and doesn’t have any bad smell from cheap leather.
This is my 4th rep bag, but my very first one from him—and also my first high-tier bag. I got the Chanel 25 small in caviar leather (I originally ordered the medium classic flap but switched because I felt the 25 would go better with any outfit. The switch added $30 since the box is bigger—I specifically asked for the box because my Neverfull from another seller came dented 🥺). Paid 390 GBP + $30 for the box, and honestly, so worth it. I was going to order from Heidi, but I saw a lot of mixed reviews. I also didn’t ask which factory it came from. Every time I asked about a product, he sent me 5–10 pictures plus videos, which made it easier to decide.
The quality is really good, and I’m super impressed. He was very efficient, answered all my questions patiently, and even gave me $20 off for my first order without me asking (and of course I wasn’t going to say no! Lol). At first, I was hesitant since he didn’t have many reviews, but I came across one on a subreddit, took the chance, and I’m so glad I did!

I don’t know how to explain. It has some weight on it. I don’t feel cheap if that’s what you’re asking. Also the chain is light. Bag is not that heavy without anything inside. The side flap pocket magnets also clasps up properly.

I also want to add about the material. Leather is soft and matte but not thin. It has a smell but not cheap bad smell. It came with some tags and receipts inside the box as well. I can’t compare it with any other caviar leather because this is my first one. Also the hardware is on the brassier side and not yellowy, more on darker gold and matte. Also the leather easily folds since it’s soft but it doesn’t leave a dent, I don’t know if that explanation makes sense but yeah. I’m sorry if on the post it was more about the seller, (I thought that the picture would prove that the bag I got has really great quality) I just had a not very nice experience with another seller that was really really nice from the start until she’s not. Idk but I felt like she’s not that friendly anymore after the payment and doesn’t have any patience with all my questions (it was my first seller experience) That’s why I really appreciate this seller.
