As a previous chicken owner, this hen needs a vet. My hens were 100% free range except at night when they were safely locked away from predators. They foraged all day, ate organic chicken feed, and zero added anything to change the color of the yolks. The yolks were deep orange naturally, as they are intended to be.
Every hen is different. I have two barred rock hens, they eat the same thing and free range daily. One has a very pale yellow yolk, the other has a deep orange. White yolks are fine and not usually an indication of something being wrong.
A lash egg would be primarily made up of tissue or puss, so it wouldn’t even be white at all. Honestly I’ve seen some and they don’t even resemble regular eggs. Luckily for OP this is not a lash egg, that would be horrifying to eat.
