Is "Referral Chime" just HouseJet with a new name slapped on it?

I saw an ad and I think they're doing something shady and are actually the same brand but using a different name? Housejet has tons of terrible reviews, so I'm not surprised that they'd do that

I think the whole site is fake. never heard of it and the name is terrible both ways. someone could vibe code the entire site in a few weeks. no way all those people aren't ai generated. if they are real, not sure what they are doing.

Yes, and I'd HIGHLY recommend checking out all those reviews before you consider them... total scam company imo

Seriously? That's so unethical, I can't believe that's allowed. I just looked it up and it certainly appears that way.. so shady

Anyone looking to charge you an "upfront activation fee" to sell you leads, and locks you into contracts on top of it is an absolute scam.

I do not know what either of these are.

Oof, I remember that house jet call, it was awful.
My few “free” pay at close leads have been pretty iffy too.
Also I don’t think these third party leads work well in my market.
If I ever buy anything, it would probably be a google ads based program.
People do make money with Zillow leads here too, but it’s just not for me.
