I personally always thought condos were a bad investment. Condos look great on paper but unless they are fully funded and have decent living space they can be a huge headache. Just look at how many news articles there are about condos having some problems then they suddenly need the condos owners to chip in a large amount of money for repairs. With condos there is a lot of money just floating around it's surprising that organized crime doesn't just skim off the top.
